I rate this a four star for one reason, I love this game but yet one thing ails me. That it constantly uploads files ... about 94 of them every day and it makes it harder to start the game up

Great game

Game will not start playing I spent money and no game is getting played

I don’t even get the option to update the game, so now can’t play.

I live it but you have to download every single update so plz fix it

I love this game and I’ve been playing it for a year now. My only complaint is that sometimes when I have the most recent version of the game, it says it’s outdated. But overall, it’s a great game.

I contacted support, but it is supposedly not fixable. Shame.

The game is a phenomenal. Great characters and great art. It would be much better if there were easier ways to get awakening shards. Special heroes cost 500 shards to awaken, and the average new player can only get 10 shards per day from dailies. That is a little ridiculous. Either lower the awakening cost or make an easier way to acquire the shards.

I love this game so much and it’s so much fun for me. I have literally not spent a penny and I have gotten so far I love it. It’s just that basically every time I open it I have to like download the whole game again. It has the audio thing then the 94 files and more based on the update size. Other than that I love it so I kept the 5 stars. Please though like explain it to me I don’t get why it happens....

This game is not ok my addiction is getting out of hand.

Ive had to contact their support about a couple of things and its set up strangely. You send your grievance and they reply. This would be fine if you could tell them enough and they help. On top of that you can only ask one thing at a time because the 2 part support. I have been playing for a while and every time i go through support nothing happens. They just repeat things i know or tell me nothing is wrong.

That feeling when you get a special hero selector but the game lags and you dont get any hero and your special hero selector is gone. Feelsbadman. This has happened to me with some other things as well. Its a good game though

Since I played this game, which was introduced to me by a friend of mine, I loved everything about it. But after the Mercure update... Things began Lagging and on this Dellons remake update, IT KEEPS ON CRASHING!!! And the worst part is IT IS ON LOW GRAPHICS AND LOW FRAME RATE. Please fix this, This is becoming a burden for guys like me on a platform of iPad 1. Once it was a Game which completes me day! And now its A Game which ruins everything for me... I really hope Netmarble finds a solution for this... I dont just want to delete this game cause of crashing, It has already become a part of my Gaming schedules! Thank you for reading...

Every time I am using Awakened Spike in Special Dungeons, Arena, Raid, basically every type you name it.. It crashes during awakened skill. And now I stopped playing after my Castle Rush remained at 0 since during Castle Rush if it crashes, you don’t get anything. No, I’m not willing to waste 5 rubies every time for it. I understand you guys just did remake on Dellons, but it still crashes while I am using Spike. Until then, I’m deleting my game. I’ve been user before Rin and Teo came out in American server, but I just cannot play game that I’m worried it will crash. Disappointed.

WORST GAME EVER THE BIGEST LOAD WHEN YOU FIRST GET THE GAME AND IF THE GAME IS NOT PLAYED FOR ONE DAY THE GIANT LOAD HAPPENS AGAING. WHY? I DONT WANT TO PLAY THE GAME BECAUSE I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE GAME TO LOAD AGAIN

The game is amazing but it has some problems when I play the game some days latter it does the biggest load I have ever seen but if I play it the next day it does not PLEASE FIX

Nice graphics and fun gameplay but there are far too many maintenance stoppages and the game has been loading files every time I open it. It’s not fun having to wait five minutes every time I want to play. Clean these things up and the game would be much better.
