My son is in tears now because he paid $7.99 for a package of hearts and it gave him something completely different.

I love this game. Have been playing for about two years. It WAS my go to game. I recently switched to an iPhone from android and now I have to be on a strong wifi network just to play it. When I had my Android I could play on my cell network.

It’s fr amazing but I hate the fact you can’t play offline

I used to have a android and I loved the Korean version still waiting on it

Why I love it because they have lots of stuff to do and you can awaken some of the people and in the special hero you can awaken all of them but not all.

It’s a great game I love to play it and there is no problems it beats a TON of other game I played. I love the teams and hero and arena. Everything is fair more than fair actually. I love this game and I wish it stays in the App Store forever.

This is a great game, it’s addicting, graphics are awesome, but one problem. It says I’m in an outdated version when the game JUST updated...plz help

I love this game. I really do. It’s just that the maintenance is ridiculous. I expect to have it sometimes but when the times aren’t right it’s really annoying. For example, today they released a new character and I was excited to play. I expected to be able to start at 7:00 when the maintenance ended but to my surprise they extended it to 8:00. Now I’m not just writing this review because it happened once, it happens almost all the time and sometimes they even extend it 3 hours from the regular scheduled time. I’d have no problem if you guys only miscalculated every once in a while but come on! It is really that hard to judge how much time you need for maintenance Netmarble? Other than that one simple problem the game is fantastic. It has a rich storyline and tons of characters. The only thing is the arena. I understand certain characters are good in PvP but it seems a little ridiculous when I get beaten by 5 lvl 30’s when my characters are level 40 and up. Hope you take this into consideration. -ShibeLegend

I started this game after an ads on facebook. Cant stop playing it ever since. Give it a try. My tip is, the strengths of the characters are not based on how cool looking they are, think about your strategy and form multiple teams, depending on your PVE or PVP needs.

This game is amazing the gameplay never gets old the graphics are beautiful the community is really fun because you can chat with guild mates and other people on public chat and make new friends while helping each other grow stronger in the game. I recommend this to everyone frankly Im proud to write my first review on this game ?????

I really love this game I have been playing for a few months but I’ve recently been having this problem where I cannot play the game because I do not have the most recently updated version then when I would go check the App Store I would see nothing about it needing to be updated now I’m not entirely sure if this has to do with the game but as of now I am not able to play it because of this problem

I love this game. Just throwing that out there before I state my main problem with this. The characters are great and it’s clear to tell how much thought has been put into making them. Just, Chloe. Chloe’s Cleaning Time is supposed to increase the skill cool down by 20 seconds, ya? Well, up in the 2.0-2.3k ranking area, almost everyone uses a lvl. 46 Chancellor. Which is fine, because they’re smart. But Chloe can’t increase the Chancellor’s skill cool down, along with a handful of others, which seems unfair since it says it will. (and the arena system is a little bit wonky just in general, but it’s still fun so no complains.) Just the skill cool downs are somewhat unfair and biased in arena. This game isn’t a required pay to win though so it’s a big thumbs up from me.

Put a lot of time and money into this. But after having it refuse to update for the last 3 months I finally reinstalled. And now I’ve lost everything.

I like the game but they make the resolution screen like it’s really big can you guys fix this please

Love this game, wish there was an easier way to log out of accounts rather than deleting the whole app and having to wait for the entire thing to download

It’s a great game in itself, I literally love everything, but the only problem I have is every time I open the app is downloads some stuff, and I would be fine with it, except it takes forever. 64 things every time, and it’s way too long to wait for. This is not just a once in a while thing too. Lately it’s happening every time I try going on. I’ll still give it five stars though because this game was great before this problem.

If you are an active player prepared to Always be out of keys. The Korean server has a lot more to offer so start there, you cant log out of this game, you have to delete and reload. Its easy to get all the characters without spending cash but the pvp is horrible. You just turn it on and set the phone down because You cant do anything its auto Only. The items are lacking and only have a few options (weapons- crit rate, lethal, and speed) (armor- counter, hp and block) and then accessories and gems that are a little less limited but just as frustrating. Great characters but just not much there in the overall content

Its a good game. But the arena is very unfair. I Literally have a 25% chance to win. My yeonhee is strong and fast (SPD ATK is 57) but in the arena she just sits there until shes dies or someone attacks. If I use another one that does 2,000 fixed damage... still the same thing! And no matter how fast my heroes get the strongest Opponent goes first! And more. But I dont really care I enjoy the game. I just want to point this out...

i hadnt played in a while so when i went to open the app it prompted for update. it would not update until i verified my payment information for Itunes. while i thought this weird, having recently updated my IOS, i verified the information. not once was there a single prompt for any charge. the next day there was a charge for 12.98. i dont pay to pay to play. i certainly wont ever play this game again nor any game by its creators.
