Fix the download files every time I open the game I get 99 files to download every time and it gets really annoying so please if that didn’t happen to me and some other people I would have given it 5 stars it’s an awesome game and it’s my favorite to play you never get bored of it but please fix the files and please add the teo and ace awakening

Yeah, its a good game, except that almost all the time theres a character in my inbox and I try to collect them, it tells me to re-enter inbox. I do that and then every time that happens, I look back in the misc. inbox to see the character and theyre gone. (Feelsbadman) An example of this is like an event character. I go to collect them, it tells me to re-enter inbox, I do that and the characters gone.

This game has no sounds

I love this game, but i cant load my character after getting a new ipad! My user name is 2GoodM8. I dont think i made an acount, i do have picture evidence on my acount.edit: The costumer support still hasnt mailed me back, and i tried loading the game but i had to restart, plz help!!!

I have been playing Seven Knights for almost two years, but deleted it because it was taking away too much storage. I re-download it because I was bored and this game is very fun and entertaining. The issue is that, there are a lot of downloads to every time I go back in. Once I open it, a audio download appears, then I’m like “ok”, so I let it download. Once I use it and leave the game, the next hour or few, I go back in see another audio download appears. And this cycle keeps going over and over for a week for me, it’s very annoying

It is awesome and thanks for all the 6 star character.I have been playing this game for a day and I feel like I’ve been playing it for months.It has high graphics and amazing service. Just going to tell that it’s awesome and I hope it gets better with all the work. I give this a five star

I used to play the game and whenever I reinstalled it I could login and everything would be there. But now I try to login and it’s not my old account. I’m very disappointed with this. I had spent months building up my acc and it’s all gone. Disappointed.

*At this point... I don’t even want help anymore, I just don’t want anyone else to waste too much time and money on this game thinking that there’s a team of people ready to help you if you have a problem. This is a great game, but if anything happens that causes you to be unable to play it you will not receive any real help. You will be referred to the in game help desk no matter what the issue is and the help desk will only tell you to uninstall and reinstall the game through an automated response system. You won’t even be given a response by a real person who actually read your complaint. I have put almost a year adn $200 in this game but still can’t receive any assistance.

I love this game so much I like the voice acting the characters the attacks I love everything but it’s not letting me play after this update please fix that thanks

It says my game is of an outdated version and when I click ok, it takes me to the App Store to update it yet nowhere does it say “update”. I’m very confused. My loading screen though is different so I assumed mine updated. Please fix

I gave this game 5 stars because I love it so very much but it isn’t letting me update it to play and that’s very annoying plz fix this so I can play the maintenance on iOS was ridiculous now it is done and I still can’t play because I can’t update it plz fix as soon as you can pleaseeeeee and thank you other then that keep up the good work I love this game ❤️❤️❤️???

Great Game but the devs are unorganized and have no understanding of the game. They only care about the new players and ignore the veteran players. Its like if u dont spent money as a veteran u will lose terribly in arena. New players gets better rewards Ps. Welp it’s been 2+ years of me playing this game all I can say is honestly this game has gone terribly down hill the company netmarble has very terrible customer service (90% of the time you will get an automatic response) they consistently release special heros and normal hero awakening are completely ignored not to mention they don’t want players to build tank comps which is a very f2p team right now teams have too much dmg and with the new release of Atlanta make block useless everyone is forced to spent money because right now “spears” are only available from spending money which the devs just want us to spend money on building speed comps which are constantly their money grabs

Maintanenance until 24hours Closed server for better

I haven’t really found many games that are fun and addicting. I’m not talking like the cookie clicker type.. *gags*. I’m talking about large game play and long lasting games. This is the BEST game I’ve found yet! I know I haven’t had it for long (only a year) , but I can tell it’s amazing and addicting! I log on almost everyday ?! And I’m NOT ashamed! I’ve took all my friend about this and there all like “eww that game?” And they download it the next game and start telling me all about what they got! So even people who say the hate this game truly don’t. And if they do, rethink for a bit about this game! It’s AWESOME! Love this game SO much, A fellow player.

Best game so far

Other than its weekly maintenance and monthly updates, this is the best RPG I ever played, as a professional RPer (one that does rp) (since 2012), this is my favorite RPG and I love every last bit...I still remember when you first added the level up gift, spent like 30 minutes claiming gifts lol. BTW the size lies, after files it takes over 1G

This is one of the best games I have EVER played. It’s very fun and captivating and a great way to kill some time. You also never have to worry about the daily reset being off-time because the server has a time of its own. From where I live it resets at 4:00 PM everyday. Everything in it is also free-to-play. I haven’t spent ANY money on this game and I’ve already awakened 4 heroes and am now working on awakening their new hero, Orly. In my opinion, this game is not getting the attention it deserves.
