Missing elements after update. I have them but no longer in box and can’t evolve. Please fix

Great game but I’m giving it a one star because it reset me back to the beginning and had me redone load everything like I never played the game before so I deleted it. Please fix that if possible and I may redownload

Im not meaning to be rude but I just completed floor 121 in celestial tower and when I did my game crashed and said I didnt do it but still took a key

I don’t know why but I can’t play the game because of a new update but when I go to the App Store it won’t give me the option to update.

Suddenly my game is an outdated version? Need to fix this!

This game is amazing the gameplay never gets old the graphics are beautiful the community is really fun because you can chat with guild mates and other people on public chat and make new friends while helping each other grow stronger in the game. I recommend this to everyone frankly Im proud to write my first review on this game ????? Still love the game but it seems that when it updates it tells me that I’m playing an outdated game version so I go to AppStore and the update option isn’t there so I must wait longer to play the game wich is quite annoying

One flaw: When an app goes live on the app store it can take days to be available in all territories. My last update was delayed by four days the one before that two. Many companies do not make the new version mandatory until sufficient time has passed for everyone to be able to upgrade but unfortunately Seven Knights does not -- which means you may frequently miss out on rewards.

Seven knights team, what happen to the elements and why is it gone? How am I supposed to rank up now when theres no elements on the hero list. Please fixed this.

Who had the bright idea to make characters have a fixed damage of 2k or 3k and hit every one on the team several times and it goes through all shields it’s some bs and the only reason I would quit

I love this game, don’t get me wrong, but I’ve spent over $100 on this game it and now it keeps making me download the audio files every time I want to play it. This has caused me to miss out on a lot of play time and rewards. At least a weeks worth. If it’s something I’m doing wrong there should be a simple solution that doesn’t require me to post on a review board and wait for a response. I’m using an iPhone. What’s the deal?

I’ve ignored this since I first started and I’m only speaking out about it now but, They have to rebalance the arena. If you think it’s broken before, wait until you reach platinum rank. I’ve never seen such a cheesed out arena strategy. The metas own the arena so if you have a favorite team, you’re screwed. Your team can all be maxed level of 46 with decent equipment but up against a team of just level 30 metas, and you will lose. Please re-balance. There is no competition and I refuse to get the necessary heroes needed and required to even stand a chance further in the arena.

I was looking forward to playing this game but it keeps hitting me with error 2-28. I tried going on my data and I have a lot of memory so I have no idea whats happening here. Well...guess I wont be enjoying this game

First off let me say I love this game and I have been playing it for almost 2 years. One of the best in this genre out there and it is frequently updated so you don’t get bored with old content. That being said when I updated to iOS 11 the game the game stopped working properly. Every time I open the game it want to redownload 64 different files to update. The problem is it does this every time I restart the game. It takes a ton of time and uses a lot of data. I can’t understand why it keeps wanting to download the same files over and over again. Really inconvenient. Please try to identify why this is occurring. I spend a lot of money playing this game and I just want it to work like it used to. If you need any info or I can help to solve this reach out. Thanks for your consideration.

I lovveee this game, but on some updates it will get stuck and crash every time you try to load it for some people, please fix that issue

So much content to enjoy and the game has consistent updates adding even more. 5 STARS

Great game. But recently on iOS it has to reload every time I try to play. I have this game on android and it doesn’t happen.

A really good game, but one thing I do not really like is how arena really work because their is no way you can really climb the ladder if you do not use "meta" hero. Especially that Chancellor dude he is so op.
