Game Support

Ive had to contact their support about a couple of things and its set up strangely. You send your grievance and they reply. This would be fine if you could tell them enough and they help. On top of that you can only ask one thing at a time because the 2 part support. I have been playing for a while and every time i go through support nothing happens. They just repeat things i know or tell me nothing is wrong.
