Every time I log into the game between a 2 to 3 hour break, it keeps saying that I have to download the full auto data. I would have to download 92 data every time and 82 data without the audio. Plz fix this or give me tips on how to fix it. But I still love the game though.

Dear Netmarble, if you are reading this please help me resolve my payment issue. I recently purchased some of the events you have given us but when I purchased, it didn’t give me the rubies and topazes as it said to give.

Make it easier for us non buyers to get awakening shards

I have reseted my password twice and it’s still not letting me play the game!!! FIX

The bug that makes me keep downloading 160mb of data still happens ever since I upgraded to iOS 11.2 never had this problem before I update. Support was useless I’ve sent 2 of them but none fixed the problem ( don’t even know why I’m here this ain’t gonna get it fixed) really annoying to have to keep waiting for this to get downloaded

This game is close to being deleted. Every time I open the app its making me download audio crap all the time. Im sick of that. Gets really annoying. Give this game tooooo much money to be going through that every time the app is reopened.

This is just good. But the Korea and global server are so far apart. When can we get our awaken spike or new cool hero. I would like to see new and more hero and awaken. This game is seven knight not Hidden master. Still love this game though.

I’m just dumb I just had too reload the update page it is a great game

The game is good. It’s fun and you can have fun without having too spend too much money to compete. However when you do have to pay real money just hope you have no issues. I went thru the in game support. They game me the run around. Told me to loon for something on the support that wasn’t even there. Tired to reach out to both netmarble and seven knights Facebook with no help. Finally for about 3 weeks I gave up on dealing with them and decided to go file a complaint and claim with Apple App Store to get a refund. I will go back to be a non paying player just because they way they handle it.

This game is like the best game ever but one thing is I cant get into the game! It says tap to play and I am but it just stays there and doesnt let me in plzzzzzzzzzz help and respond back plzzzzzz

Why is it that whenever I leave the game for a few hours I always have to re-download data no matter what audio setting I select? It’s extremely annoying and by the time the installation finishes, I lose interest can you please fix this? Don’t get me wrong it’s still a very fun game, in fact, it’s worth five stars I’m just tired of having to constantly reinstall the game data.

Really love this game been playing since around its release but ever since I updated my iPad to the recent iOS 11.2 I couldn’t log into the game without having to download a 160mb file Really hope it gets fixed soon really want to play again. Please and thank you

I love the graphics, storyline, characters, and pretty much everything!! The only problem is when I close the app it keeps resetting and I have to wait a long time just for the files to download... it’s getting pretty frustrating!! So I’d appreciate if you worked that bug out.

I love this game sooooo much like love it but it keeps on kicking me out and constantly have to wait for the same exact thing to download and this happens everyday now

I’ve probably played all the RPG games out there on phone...but this is the only one that got me addicted to it! I’ve been playing it for 2 years... its just so fun! I played it since the 1st season and when the 2nd season came out, they improved so much and I was surprised! Talk about high quality graphics and smooth control. Every maintenance matters and netmarble always makes the game we play even better each time. I love how the company puts effort into that. It may sound like an cheesy ad but ....If you’re looking for a amazing game to play for long term, this is the one? 最高に楽しいゲーム、遊ばなきゃ損だねw 이렇게 재미있는 게임은 처음이야..!

I love this game!Its the best mobile game ever!!!But,when a new update comes out I cant play.It says I need to update so I go to the app store but I cant update because Im on the latest version.Over all I give this game 10/10,5 stars.

This game is a great game to play and have fun on every single detail is great but the one thing is that when I try to play it I can’t because it says you are playing an outdated version and when I try to update it, it only says open. Please respond to this because I have no idea what is happening. And I really want to play!
