Every day I have to re-download the full game files 3-4 times a day and it gets really annoying. I hope you went to fix all that.

This game is awesome and fun but there are draw backs. Like downloading update files or updating the app (iOS) it either has bugs or is incomplete as recent ones make you re-download multiple times and makes game unplayable. Which is a let down while when game is working it is very addictive and only wants to make you play it more. I would’ve given this a 4/5 star rating as I play this every day but as of late this has been a common thing now where I miss out on the events and objectives so I can attain the new characters and drops. This game is my absolute favorite with not having to pay to win with most apps and the level and way the game plays and works you would love to pay the little micro transactions just to play some more. However that is not needed with a little bit of grinding and determination can get you to be a top player if you choose to or not. I don’t write many reviews but this last problem of the update file I downloaded (160 mb full audio, v.3.8.10) the game loads and goes to the title screen and then when you tap to play it loads then freezes then boots you to your home screen of your phone now until they figure or fix this problem looks like I’ll be hanging it up for awhile and I’m a lvl 54 on an iPhone 6s+ iOS 11.2.6 (latest update). I’ve already tried contacting netmarble and have had no response.

Its a great game. I downloaded it yesterday and when I got on it today it started acting up. It keeps saying "2-106" but I have over 1 1/2 GB of free space and Im connected to the Internet. Now anytime i try to open it the "error" keeps popping up and I cent play.

Every day I open this app now it’s always making me download the full audio, and when I choose no, I gotta download it anyway. Fix your stuff man.

It seems connecting 2 accounts to the same Facebook email deletes your old account it didn’t have a alert or notice for that found out the hard way I wanna cry

I’ve had to wait through the game to load all of the “files” that you have to download when you initially start the game. It’s just annoying. Please help me because I really enjoy playing the game.

Great app. I love everything about it visuals are amazing. But every time I open the app, I have to download all the content. And it takes a while to download. Can you guys fix this?

So I absolutely love this game, but I dont understand why it feels the need to do the entire download patch everytime I open it...... like I already patched it when I downloaded it the first time why do I haveta redownload the entire patch everytime I click the app..... I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times...... So congrats on a fantastic game, im gunna obviously keep playing it.... But UMMMM HELP? please and thank you!

So yeah it said I was using an outdated version of the game. So I go to the App Store and go to this game and it says “open”. I can tell it was already updated by itself so I went in the game again and it still said I’m using an outdated version of the game. FIX THIS NOW!!

So I have had this game for some time now and today they updated now I cannot play it will not let me update it or any thing please fix Will give 5 stars once fixed

I absolutely LOVE this game, but there is a concern I have, i really LOVE Yuri and she is slowly drifting to the NU tier, can you guys buff her magic attack, hp, and defense? Maybe increase the power of Silent Flame, Alluring Embers, and Blue Fire Ninetails? Maybe make the aoe of Alluring Embers to 5aoe?

Another game like this that keeps saying I have an outdated version! I do not I just updated it. Now I can’t open it. Fix this please

Was having a blast playing this game but the system update failed to give me an update option thus leaving me behind :(

Every time I go to play the game it makes me reinstall everything again and again, I won’t ever be making purchases from this game for awhile

This game is great hands down, I love all the different characters and the cool attacks and everything. Just keep adding more and more characters. Also, do some collaborations like fairy tail, high school DxD , or Tokyo ghoul or something. Oooo seven deadly sins, I really think you guys should bring that back but for American severs. Keep up the great work guys

as of tight now, ittake 15-20 minuets to load the game. when it asks me if i want to download full audio, i press yes, but it nevet actually downloads. is there a way to fix this?

Since I played this game, which was introduced to me by a friend of mine, I loved everything about it. But after the Mercure update... Things began Lagging and on this Dellons remake update, IT KEEPS ON CRASHING!!! And the worst part is IT IS ON LOW GRAPHICS AND LOW FRAME RATE. Please fix this, This is becoming a burden for guys like me on a platform of iPad 1. Once it was a Game which completes me day! And now its A Game which ruins everything for me... I really hope Netmarble finds a solution for this... I dont just want to delete this game cause of crashing, It has already become a part of my Gaming schedules! Thank you for reading...

I like the fact that this game is very good accurate and updated very often. It’s art is fantastic and this game lets you explore this fantasy world. As you get stronger you get better people and this game isn’t pay to win either. This game also has very good support everytime I lost my password or my account had issues I always got a response. I look forward to playing this game a long time (I’ve been playing this for about a year now)

So I have played since it was first released great game the story is perfect gives such great animations and fights the only problem I have hit is its super hard to get through the story. Like I said I ah e played since the begging and I have a pretty stacked team but Im at chapter 10 or 11 and it takes a half hour just for one fight and sometimes it will Time out before its over but thats rare, and the only other thing is I wish you were allowed 7 characters instead of 5 because you cant use all 7 knights at once in the story or arena of you have them. I love how this game stands out with its unique style and graphics the gameplay alone is amazing and its one of the few RPGs where you dont have to pay to be good at it, the frisk is level when it comes to wallet warriors and those who dont spend money. My only true regret is that this game doesnt have its own merchandise shop, because I would go bankrupt on that site. I give this game 11/10 please keep it up with the amazing story 7K team you guys are amazing

Very fun game, play it a lot, but ever since a recent update the game has been updating/ downloading content every time I restart. Takes a lot of time and data, very frustrating. Please fix this issue.
