Help

I love this game, but i cant load my character after getting a new ipad! My user name is 2GoodM8. I dont think i made an acount, i do have picture evidence on my acount.edit: The costumer support still hasnt mailed me back, and i tried loading the game but i had to restart, plz help!!!
