*At this point... I don’t even want help anymore, I just don’t want anyone else to waste too much time and money on this game thinking that there’s a team of people ready to help you if you have a problem.

This is a great game, but if anything happens that causes you to be unable to play it you will not receive any real help. You will be referred to the in game help desk no matter what the issue is and the help desk will only tell you to uninstall and reinstall the game through an automated response system. You won’t even be given a response by a real person who actually read your complaint. I have put almost a year adn $200 in this game but still can’t receive any assistance.
